What this website does with your data
Almost nothing, and this page explains exactly what that means. The Lasti product is covered by a separate data processing agreement, which we will send you on request.

Who is responsible
Puida Oy (business ID 2918901-1), Ruopankatu 2 B 5, 15100 Lahti, Finland, is the controller for personal data collected through this website. Questions go to hello@puida.com.
This site sets no cookies
There is no cookie banner on lasti.fi because there is nothing to consent to. The site is static HTML and CSS. It sets no cookies, uses no local storage, and runs no analytics, tag manager, heat-mapping, session recording, or advertising pixels.
It also makes no third-party requests. The one webfont is served from this domain rather than from Google Fonts, and there are no embedded videos, maps, chat widgets or social buttons. Loading a page here does not tell anyone but us that you visited.
Server logs
Our hosting provider records standard access logs — IP address, timestamp, the page requested, and the browser's user-agent string — which are needed to serve the site and to identify abuse. These are kept for a short retention period and are not combined with anything else or used to build a profile of you. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in operating a working, secure website.
When you contact us
If you email or call, we keep what you send: your name, your contact details, and whatever you tell us about your store. We use it to answer you and, if it becomes a sales conversation, to keep track of that conversation. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries, and taking steps at your request before entering a contract.
Enquiries that do not lead anywhere are deleted within two years. If you would like yours removed sooner, ask and we will do it.
Who else sees it
Our hosting and email providers process data on our behalf under contract. We do not sell personal data, we do not share it for advertising, and we do not transfer it outside the EU or EEA for this website.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask us to:
- tell you what personal data we hold about you, and give you a copy;
- correct anything that is wrong;
- delete it;
- restrict or object to how we use it;
- provide it in a portable format.
Email hello@puida.com and we will answer within a month. If you think we have handled your data badly, you can complain to the Finnish Data Protection Ombudsman (tietosuoja.fi), or to the supervisory authority where you live.
The Lasti product
Everything above describes this website. When you use Lasti itself, we process your business data — your catalog, your stock, your orders and the personal data inside those orders — as a processor acting on your instructions, under a data processing agreement that forms part of the service contract. Ask us for a copy before you sign anything.
Changes
If this notice changes we update the date at the top. Material changes affecting existing customers are sent by email rather than left here to be discovered.
