Catalog
The product record, kept somewhere it can be edited properly
The WooCommerce admin is a fine place to publish a product and a painful place to maintain four thousand of them. Lasti holds the catalog, gives it the editing tools a catalog needs, and publishes to your store when you say so.
Bulk editing
Change four hundred prices, read the diff, then publish
This is the screen that replaces the export–edit–reimport cycle. The change is staged across the whole selection, shown against the current values, and published in one action that can be undone.
| Product | Variants | Price | State |
|---|---|---|---|
| Nema 17 stepper motor PC-4412-BLK | 3 | 24,90 € | draft |
| Linear rail MGN12H, 400 mm PC-2101-SET | 5 | 38,00 € | draft |
| GT2 timing belt, 5 m PC-5570 | 2 | 11,50 € | draft |
| Power supply 24 V 350 W PC-9004-XL | 1 | 46,00 € | live |
| Cable drag chain 10×20 PC-6612-RED | 4 | 9,90 € | live |
What it does
Catalog tools, not a second admin panel
-
Bulk edit by filter
Select everything from one supplier, in one category, below a margin threshold — then change it in one action. The selection is the hard part, and Lasti makes it a query rather than 400 checkboxes.
-
Staged, then published
Changes sit as drafts until you publish them. You read the diff — old value, new value, how many products — and decide. Nothing reaches the storefront by accident.
-
Variants that make sense
Define an attribute set once and apply it to a whole category. Size, colour, length: each combination gets its own SKU, its own stock and its own shelf location.
-
Images without the shop server
Upload once. Lasti generates the sizes and serves them from a CDN in modern formats, so product pages stay fast and your WordPress host stops resizing JPEGs.
-
Every field remembers
Who changed this price, when, and what it was before. When a number looks wrong six weeks later, the answer is in the record rather than in a Slack thread.
-
CSV when you need it
Suppliers still send spreadsheets. Import them into a staging area, map the columns once, and reuse the mapping next month — without letting a bad file overwrite live data.
Ownership
You choose which fields Lasti owns
Nothing is all-or-nothing. Hand Lasti the fields you want managed centrally — stock, price, descriptions — and keep the rest in WooCommerce. Lasti will not touch what you did not give it.

Bring your messiest category
Every catalog has one — the range with inconsistent variants and prices nobody trusts. That is the one worth looking at together.
