The gap

One product record, everywhere it is needed
Titles, variants, images, pricing, categories and attributes live in Lasti and publish to WooCommerce. Change a supplier's prices across a whole category in one action, read the diff, and publish when it looks right.
Nothing reaches the storefront until you say so, and every field remembers who last changed it.

Warehouse
Bin locations, picking and counts, in the phone in your hand
Receive a delivery, put it away to a named location, pick against a route-ordered list, pack it, and count the shelf — all from a browser. A Bluetooth scanner works as a keyboard if you want one.
Stock moves as the picker moves. Locations are real places like A-04-3, not "the back room".

An order arrives the moment WooCommerce takes the money, joins a picking wave, and goes back with tracking attached. Partial shipments and backorders are handled as their own states rather than as a note in a spreadsheet.

Getting started
Four steps. Only the third one is real work.
Connecting a store and importing a catalog takes an afternoon. Naming your shelves and counting stock into them takes as long as your warehouse is big — that part is honest labour and no software removes it.

Connect the store
Install the Lasti plugin on WooCommerce and authorise it. Read-only at first: nothing is written back until you say so.

Import the catalog
Lasti pulls every product, variant, image and category, and shows you what it found. You fix what looks wrong before it becomes the source of truth.

Map the warehouse
Name your zones, aisles and shelves, then count stock into them. Most small warehouses are mapped in an afternoon; print the location labels from Lasti.

Turn on write-back
Stock, prices and order status start flowing both ways. From here the shelf is what the shop believes.

A busy month should not cost more than a quiet one. Plans are set by the number of stores, warehouses and people using the system.
Questions
What merchants ask first
Does this replace my WooCommerce store?
No. Your storefront, checkout, payments and customer accounts stay exactly where they are. Lasti sits behind WooCommerce and owns the catalog and the stock figure; customers never see it.
What happens to the data already in WooCommerce?
Lasti imports it and shows you what it found before anything is written back. You review the import, fix what looks wrong, and only then turn on write-back. Nothing in your store changes until that switch.
Which parts of WooCommerce does Lasti write to?
Stock levels, prices, product fields you have chosen to manage in Lasti, and order fulfilment status with tracking. Anything you keep managing in WooCommerce, Lasti leaves alone.
Do I need barcode scanners or a rugged terminal?
No. The warehouse screens run in a phone browser, and a cheap Bluetooth scanner works as a keyboard if you want one. Buy hardware later if picking volume justifies it.
What if the connection to my store drops?
Warehouse work carries on. Lasti queues the changes and reconciles when the store answers again, and shows you anything it could not resolve rather than silently overwriting.
Can I keep using my current shipping or accounting tools?
Yes, if they read from WooCommerce, since Lasti keeps WooCommerce current. There is also a REST API and webhooks for direct integration.
How long does setup take?
Connecting the store and importing the catalog takes an afternoon. Mapping shelf locations and counting stock into them is the real work, and it is proportional to your warehouse, not to the software.
Where is our data stored?
In EU data centres, under a GDPR data processing agreement. You can export everything you have put in, in full, at any time, and we hand it over if you leave.
